The talk for November 9 is entitled `Wedgwood and his Italian Contem- poraries." She will discuss the developments in Italian ceramics and sculpture and will compare them to those of Wedgwood in the second half of the 18th century. This exciting research grows out of work that she conducted in Rome while participating in a seminar sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
